Karim Davezac is Founder and Managing Director of Merindol Negotiation. Karim brings over 20 years of cross-cultural negotiation experience in business development, commercial strategy and M&A having worked extensively throughout the US, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

He has successfully generated millions of pounds of value and cost efficiencies across a range of industries through commercial negotiation advisory and development.

Karim has held senior management positions at Vodafone, Swisscom, IDC China and most recently he was co-head of the consulting practice at The Gap Partnership.

He is fluent in English and French, speaks Mandarin and has a basic knowledge of German and Arabic.

He holds an MBA from IMD, an MA in China Studies and Economics from Johns Hopkins University (SAIS) and a BA in History from Indiana University.

Karim is both a US and French citizen and lives in Oxfordshire, England with his wife and two children.

Alison Sutton is Founder and Managing Director of Merindol Negotiation.

Alison has vast experience on both sides of the negotiation table, having held senior procurement roles at PepsiCo and GE, and senior marketing roles including Chief Marketing Officer EMEA for GE Capital Solutions.

With a passion for product development, Alison has spearheaded Merindol Negotiation’s Live Online Learning and has made it a personal mission to make online learning deliver an experience that is as good or better than face-to-face training.
