We invest significant time up-front to get to know you, your teams, your company culture and values and the negotiation context in which you operate. Through in-depth stakeholder interviews and research we build and refine a programme together with you, for you. This enables us to deliver the best possible negotiation training available on the market today.
THE 2+1 MODEL – EMBEDDING LEARNING
Our negotiation training programmes are always two days in length. One day is too short to learn anything substantive and anything more than two days is simply too long. However, embedding learning is critical for success. That is why 4-6 months after each programme is delivered we offer a 1-day refresher. And between these two events we offer short 1:1 coaching sessions for all participants. These additional structured interactions allow you to revisit key learnings and ingrain critical negotiation concepts for heightened commercial success.
